Jim Bolen joined Crye-Leike in May 2003 as a licensed Affiliate Broker. Since then, he has obtained his Brokers license and earned the prestigious GRI designation, reinforcing Jim’s commitment to provide the finest real estate services available.
The GRI (Graduate, REALTOR®Institute) designation assures clients that Jim has a keen understanding of the new technology, laws, procedures and the increasing buyer and seller sophistication that requires real estate practitioners to perform at the highest level of professionalism. In pursuit of the GRI designation, Jim has taken an additional 90 hours of specialized real estate courses. Fewer than 10% of all licensed agents receive the GRI designation.
Jim is a REALTOR® and a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, and the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Jim received a Bachelor of Science degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN where he majored in accounting and minored in ethics. He is a member of the Brentwood YMCA and the Nashville GLBT Chamber of Commerce.
